Our Solution
Our simplified membership model removes the complexity of insurance, allowing us to be able to focus on what actually matters - the patient. Paying an affordable monthly fee for nearly all-inclusive primary care services allows the patient to receive more accessibility, convenience, and quality care and often ends up being cheaper in the long run even when paired with traditional insurance. Crossroads can see patients with any insurance* and patients with no insurance are also welcome.

What We Do
Crossroads is a local, independent Family Medicine Clinic located in Greenwood, IN
Dr. Cadle is board certified in Family Medicine and as a DO (Doctor of Osteopathy), is also trained in, and has continued to develop her skills in osteopathic manipulations.
Crossroads Family Medicine provides preventive medicine, acute care, wellness care, and chronic disease management for all ages, from infants to elderly, using a monthly DPC membership model.
Osteopathic treatments are also available at a per session cost. No membership required.
What is
Direct Primary Care?
DPC is a back to basics approach to primary health care that eliminates the insurance middle man. Since we do not utilize your insurance, this removes the administrative burden of insurance, freeing up more time for your physician to focus on you. You pay an affordable, monthly membership fee directly to your doctor.
In the traditional model, your doctor typically has more than 2,500 patients. A DPC doctor rarely has more than 1,000 and more commonly, fewer than 500 patients. This reduced patient volume means quicker access and longer appointments for you.
In order to save you money, we work with you to find cheaper cash-based services to rival the traditional insurance out-of-pocket costs. Additionally, the ability to contact your doctor any time can reduce your visits to the ER or urgent care, further saving you money.
How Does DPC Save You Money?
Emergency Department
A single ER visit can cost $1000-$3000 or more. Sometimes, this is necessary but oftentimes, patients are unsure if their symptoms warrant medical attention. With Crossroads DPC, you have access to your doctor even after hours to assess possible medical emergencies and perhaps save you a couple thousand dollars.
Urgent Care
Many patients use urgent care because the wait times to see their regular doctor are so long or they don't have insurance. A single urgent care visit can cost $100-$200 out of pocket before additional testing. If follow-up treatment is needed, that's another $100-$200 per visit. Crossroads DPC can cut down on your wait times, you don't need insurance, and your visits are included.
Prevention
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. If you're already paying for your Crossroads membership, a major barrier to preventative care is already removed and you can focus on a healthier you. Treating smaller issues is usually much easier and cheaper than what those smaller issues can grow into.
